Yes! Monthly customers can pause their subscription for up to 2 months without losing any of their credits, downloads or collections.
Your subscription needs to be active for at least consecutive 2 months before you can pause. If you have previously paused it and want to pause again, it also needs to be active for at least 2 months in between.
Your subscription will automatically start again on your chosen plan, unless you change or cancel it while it's paused.
While your subscription is paused, you will not be able to listen to music, access your collections, or other account features.
You can pause your subscription by following the instructions below:
- Go to your settings page.
- Under Plan and Payment, click 'Cancel Subscription'.
- In the pop-up window, click 'I want to pause'.
Why can't I pause my subscription?
Your subscription needs to be active for at least consecutive 2 months before you can pause. If you have previously paused it and want to pause again, it also needs to be active for at least 2 months in between.
You cannot pause your subscription if it's pending payment.
