While labels with their own Tracklib account can report through the site like everyone else, we understand that labels already regularly account royalties to other parties, and we're doing our very best to fit into any existing process you already have.
Report and pay by invoice
You send us statements when you process your own royalty accounting, and we invoice you for payment. If you use a royalty system or service that can send us statements automatically, we're happy to set that up. This can be your own system, or a third-party service like Curve.
Report and pay automatically
If you use a service that can report and pay us automatically, whether it's your distributor or a vendor portal, we're generally willing to set up an account with them to make the process easy for you.
If you happen to use one of our preferred distributors, everything is already prepared to accept your splits and you find instructions here.
General information
Tracklib only requires that you account to us at least every 6 months - the exact schedule for this is up to you.
If you need to account for sample licenses issued to the artist/producer, we may need to transfer them to an account set up for your label, depending on the situation and your preferences.
Please contact us if you want to talk about how you as a label can automate reporting and accounting to Tracklib and to get any information needed to set it up.
