Open your device’s Settings

Tap Privacy & Security

Go to Tracking

Make sure “Allow Apps to Request to Track” is enabled
This setting must be turned on in order for Facebook login to work correctly on iOS devices
Still Not Working?
If the setting above is already enabled, it’s possible that you tapped “Ask App Not to Track” when first launching the app.
To fix that:
- Stay on the Tracking screen
- Scroll down to find Tracklib in the list of apps
- Make sure tracking is enabled for Tracklib specifically
Once updated, try logging in again.
