If you need to change the email associated with your Tracklib account - you need to reach out to the support team who can help you with that.
If you still have access to the email address linked to the account, then simply email support from that email address with the new details.
If you don't have access to the existing email, then we need another way to verify that you are the account holder. Please email the support team from your new email address, providing details of the last successful payment on your account - specifically
- Cardholder name
- Bank / Card Issuer
We can then add the new email address which, once verified, can be set as primary via your settings page.
