You can access your subscription information and cancel your current plan on your settings page, which you can access by clicking your profile picture in the top right corner and then use the drop-down menu.

You will receive a confirmation email when your plan has been cancelled and your Plan & Payment information will update to confirm the date your plan will end. If you don't receive an email or your plan still appears to be active then you have not cancelled your subscription and you will be charged again.
