We want to be clear about when refunds are (and aren’t) possible. Please read carefully before making a purchase or requesting a refund. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, you can request one here.
Subscriptions
You may be eligible for a refund for your subscription if you
Request a refund within 14 days of the commencement of your plan - your so-called “cooling off period”. Downloading content or switching from a free trial to a paid plan counts as using the service and removes this right. This only applies to the beginning of a plan, not a renewal.
Cancelled your subscription, have received email confirmation of the cancellation, and yet were still charged.
Were charged for a subscription but the plan was never activated on your account.
Were charged the wrong amount.
We are not able to issue refunds if you
Forgot to cancel your subscription before it renewed.
Forgot to cancel whilst on a free trial.
Wish to downgrade from an annual to a monthly plan.
Paused your subscription and it then reactivated.
Downloads and licenses
These items are non-refundable and cannot be refunded unless they are faulty.
Purchases made via the Tracklib Mobile App
Purchases completed via the Tracklib Mobile App are billed through Apple’s App Store. Tracklib cannot assist with issues or refund requests for these transactions. Any issues or requests must be submitted directly to Apple.
FAQs
Why was I charged for a cancelled subscription?
When you cancel your subscription, we send you an email confirmation, which includes when your plan will end. If you have received this email and were still charged, then please contact the support team who can look into it for you and, where applicable, issue a refund.
Why was I charged twice in the same month?
It isn't possible for one Tracklib account to have two active plans at the same time. If you think you have been charged twice in less than a month, it is usually because we were unable to take payment for the previous month on the scheduled renewal date so it was charged later in the month or because you have more than 1 Tracklib account.
Will I be reminded of when my subscription is due to renew?
When you sign up, we email you the details of your plan and your first payment date. For annual plans, we also send a reminder email one week before your renewal each year. You can always check your next billing date anytime on your settings page.
Why was I charged but when I login, it says I need to resubscribe?
This usually happens if you have more than one Tracklib account. If you’re being charged but don’t see an active subscription, please contact the support team here and we can help you find the account that the payment is for.
Can I get a refund if I haven't used my account?
You may be be entitled to a refund if you have not downloaded any content from the site and you have cancelled within 14 days of the beginning of your plan.
